Westover, as it is commonly referred, covers 206 acres and is located in Hampden Township, Cumberland County. Hampden Township occupies 17.7 square miles in the eastern sector of Cumberland County, and is one of the most properous communities in the metropolitan area.

The Westover Civic Association is a membership organization dedicated to preserving the neighborhood and sustaining its beauty for generations to come. While the payment of annual dues is voluntary, all residents of the Village of Westover are encouraged to become members and support the important work of the Association.
