The Village of Westover is a mixed-development community of over 400 single-family homes, townhomes, and condomniums, and is one of the premier residential communities in the region. Westover, as it is commonly referred, covers 206 acres and is located in Hampden Township, Cumberland County. Hampden Township occupies 17.7 square miles in the eastern sector of Cumberland County, and is one of the most prosperous communities in the metropolitan area.
Our wide tree-lined streets, homes built with Colonial Williamsburg style architecture, the preservation of open green space, and our proximity to Harrisburg, the capital of Pennsylvania, make the Village of Westover an ideal place for people of all ages to call home.

The Village of Westover is the perfect neighborhood for the young and the young at heart. Winter, spring, summer, or fall, you'll find our residents out and about walking, biking, and socializing in the common area or in their front yards. With its close proximity to schools, businesses, and major roadways, the Village of Westover is a convenient location in which to settle and raise a family.
The Westover Civic Association is a membership organization dedicated to preserving the neighborhood and sustaining its beauty for generations to come. While the payment of annual dues is voluntary, all residents of the Village of Westover are encouraged to become members and support the important work of the Association.
