Meet at McCord Commons (Whitehill & Pennsboro). It takes many helpers to make quick work of bringing the holiday spirit to our streets. Bring a stepladder if you have one and make it a family event! We tie bows and garland to the stop signs in the neighborhood. Watch for a SIGN UP SHEET this year so we can cover all sections of the neighborhood.
Operation Ho Ho
Saturday, December 6th
Croghans Lane & Whitehill, 11:00 am
St. James Court & Westover, 11:30 am
It’s that magical time of year again! The Hampden Township Volunteer Fire Company is proud to continue our annual tradition of escorting Santa Claus through the neighborhoods of Hampden Township for Operation Ho Ho 2025!
Gather your family, bundle up, and listen for the sirens as Santa trades in his sleigh for a fire truck ride-along with your HTVFC firefighters! We’ll be traveling from stop to stop, spreading holiday cheer, waving to families, and collecting smiles along the way.
What to Expect:
Santa riding a decorated fire truck
Holiday cheer for kids and families of all ages
A chance to see HTVFC firefighters and apparatus up close
Perfect photo opportunities from your driveway or sidewalk!
We kindly ask all residents to enjoy Santa’s visit safely from designated areas and please keep roadways clear so our crews can travel smoothly.
From all of us at HTVFC, we wish you a safe, warm, and joyful holiday season. We can’t wait to see you along the route!
